Anorexia is bad.

I'm eating less and less these days, trying to get rid of the last stone or two that will put me in slimsville. I'm also exercising more (I can do 100 sit-ups now ^^). This certainly seems to be having an adverse effect on me. My dizzy spells are becoming worse. Pretty much every time I stand up, or walk too quickly, my vision blacks out and I have to stop or I'll fall over. It's still bearable at this point, but it is getting worse.

The thing is, I need to lose this weight. I'm sick of being a fat kid. I'm a great, great deal thinner than I was (I've lost almost 5 stone/70 pounds), but it's still not good enough. It's becoming increasingly hard to shed this flab, and it's fucking frustrating.

It's also ridiculously hot, which makes exercise more difficult and makes me want to eat more. Weather is certainly not helping me. I want to start swimming. It's great exercise, and heat isn't a problem with it. However, without a job I can't really afford to go more than once a week.

And now I'm sitting here hungry. There's a banana, but I think it's been sitting in the fridge a little too long. I'll just wait until lunch I think.

Woah woah think about what you're saying for a second. My brother's currently going through the same thing - he lost about 5 stone too, in fact it must've been more, and now he's pretty slim. But, he's convinced he's still fat and he's working out like mad. Take a good look at yourself and really ask whether you're still "fat" before pushing yourself over the limit. The dizzy spells coming with your workouts don't sound good at all.

The dizzy spells don't come from workouts. I get them from standing up mostly.

And I am still overweight. It's vastly diminished, but there's still some fat present on these bones.

Being fat sucks, but weightloss sucks too. Honestly, I've decided to take a small break from intense exercise over the summer, mainly because I've become disillusioned with exercising because I never really see a difference. Honestly, I think my body doesn't really want to weigh any less than 200 lbs, so I'm just going to end up packing muscle on eventually (and having NO FUCKING DEFINITION, which really pisses me off). Anorexia would be great, too bad I like eating too much :P.

For eating . . . I had a dream about making a grapefruit smoothie (Use at least one grapefruit, grapefruit juice, ice, maybe some other crap) It might be pretty good.

Okay, here's advice if your trying to lose weight while eating less.

Drink lots of fluids, and I mean lots

And exercise far away from a a bathroom, so when you have to piss, you have to sprint all the way there in under 5 minutes.

Jogging/running is really good if you want to lose weight but gain muscle.
Another thing that's probably keeping you from actually losing weight is that your actually losing fat, but gaining muscle. Which is a good thing, because girls don't care if your a big guy, if you have massive pecks, they'll be like OMG! you're hot! lets go back to your place! well, not exactly, but you get the picture.
